Important Delivery Guidelines

Please provide your complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact number.

Ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
Delivery Responsibility
AaruJewels does not operate its own logistics network and relies on third-party courier services for deliveries. While we ensure timely dispatch from our side, delivery timelines and operations are managed by the courier partner after dispatch.
Damaged or Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us via Email, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- A valid unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides (360° view) before opening.
- A continuous video recording with no cuts, edits, pauses, or trimming.
- Clear visibility of the shipping label and product received.
- Your order number and contact details.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review, replacement, or resolution.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, natural calamities, or courier service issues.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
