Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – AaruJewels

At AaruJewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of jewellery products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Orders placed by mistake.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.
  • A refund is required due to an error from our side.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • A valid unboxing video showing the sealed parcel from all sides before opening.
  • A continuous recording with no cuts, edits, pauses, or trimming.
  • Clear visibility of the shipping label and the product received.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Product received in damaged condition.

After verification of the claim, AaruJewels may offer a replacement of the same product or a suitable alternative, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
