Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in case of damaged or defective products. Video evidence must be provided at the time of delivery to process the refund.
How to Claim a Refund
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video as proof and contact us immediately via WhatsApp, email, or our social media channels within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we verify your video evidence and confirm the damage/defect, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Earrings and other pierced jewelry items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or defective with proper video evidence.
